  Rules for the 2003 Allied Health Scholarship

  1. The scholarship and appointment to the Student Advisory Board are open to all students currently enrolled in a course in anatomy & physiology or microbiology, or to any student who has successfully completed an anatomy & physiology or microbiology course in the past two years (between June 2001 and June 2003).
  2. Acceptance of the $1,000 scholarship obligates the winner to serve one year on the Student Advisory Board.
  3. Candidates will be allowed to submit only one application.
  4. Answers must be typed on 8-1/2" by 11" paper, double-spaced on 1-2 pages or submitted via the web form.
  5. Applications must be accompanied by the signature of the candidateÃs anatomy & physiology or microbiology instructor to confirm the eligibility of the candidate.
  6. Candidates must complete the application form. The candidateÃs name must appear only on the application form. Attached sheets with responses must not be signed or identified in any way in order to ensure impartial judging.
  7. All applications will become the property of Benjamin Cummings.
  8. Submissions must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2003.
