Deoxyadenosine Diphosphate (dADP)

dADP is a deoxyribonucleotide made from ADP in the reaction catalyzed by ribonucleotide reductase, as follows:

ADP + NADPH <=> dADP + NADP⁺

Phosphorylation of dADP yields dATP, a substrate for DNA polymerase in synthesis of DNA.
