RNA Polymerase II

RNA polymerase II is a eukaryotic RNA polymerase that transcribes messenger RNAs (mRNAs). Of the three eukaryotic RNA polymerases, RNA polymerase II is the most sensitive to -amanitin (Figure 26.4b).
