RNA Polymerase I

RNA polymerase I is a eukaryotic RNA polymerase that transcribes ribosomal RNAs (rRNAs). Of the three eukaryotic RNA polymerases, RNA polymerase I is the most resistant to -amanitin (Figure 26.4b).
