Dihydrolipoamide Dehydrogenase (E3)

E3 is the third of three enyzmatic activities in the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex. 12 copies of E3 are found in the complex isolated from Azotobacter.

E3 is a point of allosteric regulation of the complex (inhibited by NADH and activated by NAD+)
