Larry Snyder is well known for his work as chairman of the NRC's Fluency committee. Here in small (two to four minutes each) segments, you'll hear directly from Larry Snyder as he discusses the challenges and solutions that the committee addressed that resulted in their "Being Fluent" report, the reception to Fluency around the globe, and how Fluency can help your students become lifelong learners with technology.
