Robert W. Sebesta is an associate professor and chairman of the computer science department at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. He is the author of Concepts of Programming Languages, the world's leading book on comparative programming languages, and is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery and the IEEE Computer Society.
