ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Jeff Salvage
teaches both Computer Science and Information Systems students
in the Math and Computer Science department at Drexel University.
He has been a computer consultant for the United States government
and numerous corporations, and holds a Masters degree in Computer
Science from Drexel University.
Besides acting as "the Visual Basic Coach," Jeff is
an active coach of world-class race walkers who hope to qualify
for the Olympic Games, and is a one-time international race walk
competitor. He was honored as the "Man of the Year"
in 2000 by the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Leukemia and
Lymphoma Society. He is also the author of The
C++ Coach published by Addison-Wesley.
