Designing Your Course

Sample Curriculum

As the need for genomics and bioinformatics courses grows, many colleges and universities are having to create new courses in these areas independently of one another. This will be a place for professors to share their proposals and learn see how others are approaching building this new curriculum. As a starting point, Dan Krane has submitted the proposal he wrote with Travis Doom and Michael Raymer for an undergraduate bioinformatics curriculum at Wright College. Send us your proposals and we will include them here.
