NECK STRETCHES

Neck Rotation - Passive

Lateral Neck Stretch - Active

Neck Flexion- Active

PNF Series:

Neck Rotation

Isometric contraction - try to turn your head to the left while resisting with your left hand, hold for 3 seconds; relax for 2 seconds

Then perform an active stretch, hold for 10 seconds

Lateral Neck Stretch

Isometric contraction - try to lay your head to the left while resisting with your left hand, hold for 3 seconds; relax for 2 seconds

Then perform an active stretch with passive assist, hold for 10 seconds

Neck Flexion

Isometric contraction - press back against your hand for 3 seconds; relax for 2 seconds

Then perform an active stretch with passive assist, hold for 3 seconds
