Back of the Leg (Hamstring) Stretch - Active
PNF Series: Back of the Leg (Hamstring) Stretches
Isometric contraction - try to lower your extended
leg to the floor against a partner's resistance, hold
for 3 seconds; relax for 2 seconds
Then perform an active stretch with passive assist,
hold for 10 seconds
